Rolanda Small

Rolanda Small brings 20+ years of combined experience in Business Ops., Leadership Consulting, and HR Culture/Belonging Strategy. As the Executive Director of Cyversity, she collaborates across the organization to fortify the mission nationally and deeply through active regional chapters. She's corporate tech background with tech giants Cisco, Proofpoint, Palo Alto Networks, heavy focus on cybersecurity, combined with her dedication to non-profit brings about unique programs and successful outcomes. She holds a MA Organizational Management and a BS Business Administration. She has been a founding leader of Cyversity’s Bay Area chapter and worked diligently with the organization over the past seven years. Outside of work, she is a foodie who enjoys music festivals, camping, and traveling.
